Aunque la persona que me atendió fue amable….en ocasiones anteriores se ha sentido más la calidez del servicio! Hoy… a la vendedora le faltó una sonrisa, unas palabras de amabilidad!!

Not a lot to choose from. Employees kept trying to up-sale my girlfriend. The store was very small.

I am not highly satisfied due to me not receiving the best customer service the first 2 times I visited Pandora. I went to Pandora in Macys to get my bracelet cleaned and Michelle was amazing she informed me that I should have received a cleaning cloth with my original purchase which I never received. So she directed me to go over to the Pandora store across the way to get one.

the store was small and very crowded , took about 15 minutes for us to get help. our sales associate was acting scared to put the trays on the counter so we could actually see them , instead placed them at a distance

My rating had noting to with the customer service. I called the store prior to vist as well as getting online availability/price of item. Price was wrong on item but correct in the catalogue of prices. That was my ONLY dilemma.

I just need more oomph from the experience maybe more interaction from the staff to make it more homely or nice.

The promotions online are not available in store that is truly unsatisfying
