The customer service was great, the sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was visiting from another state and just so happened to walk in the store with no intention to purchase. But after my experience with the sales associates, I purchased a bracelet and three charms.

The associate that took care of me was patient and push her sale offer to make me buy more but I'm happy I did !!

Natasha is very helpful and patient. She has a great sense of taste. Every time when you have no idea to choose, she could help you decide it.

I greeted as soon as I walked in and the sales associate helped me pick out a starter bracelet for my mom birthday.

I went into the Dallas store looking for a charm that I could take with me back home & the sales associate picked out exactly what I wanted to add to my collection when I travel. Even better the charm I got was in stock and I was told that that specific charm is always sold out. So I got lucky!

I went to purchase online first so I could just pick up my order but the website kept crashing , was able to move on to next steps, freezing, decline my payment twice - called my bank they stated they didn’t see any transactions from Pandora. So the fckup wasn’t on my end. Annoying. But I really wanted to get this for my mother so I ended up going into the store and everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. Work on your website for holidays like this.

The store was closing at 8 we did arrive before and felt kind of rushed which is fair since the store was closing soon , we really did not see much because of this and just bought the item we were able to see. We did want to see more but the associate did seem like in a rush but besides that it was quick and easy , at checkout everyone was very friendly
