i was disappointed that one of the items I was looking for (bracelet charm for volleyball or basketball) was unavailable (retired) and there was not something similar to get instead. However I got something else and it will work ok. I liked the "buy 3 get one free" sale. There were plenty of friendly sales people and were very helpful. Priscilla was very nice and professional.

1. The lady explained to me that is important to have more clips on my bracelet,I had mostly long charms. So this time I got both. 2.The lady was very helpful. 3. and she had a great attitude. Me and my husband bought 2 charm's and 1 clip. I was very happy when we left Pandora's.
