The sales associate who checked me out applied my coupon code and told me it covered the entire purchase. I asked to speak to a manager who corrected the problem since the code was only good for $10. She allowed me to pay for the charms and was very nice.

The salesperson was very patient and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted for my birthday gift to myself.She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with my purchase.
