The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. She offered to clean my bracelet while I shopped. I will definitely return to this location.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly when entering the store. The associate that helped me was super nice to me and my daughter. She was very good at assisting us with the perfect charms for my moms birthday.

My son took a trip to Dallas, TX Mother's Day weekend and visited the Pandora store. He went in with no knowledge of what to purchase for me. He stated that he requested to purchase the bracelet shown in the display counter. He said that the associate presented him with only the bracelet and open my heart charm. He had to reiterate to the associate that he wanted every charm as shown in the case. The associate was very apologetic and assisted him with his purchase.

I had no doubt I would purchase high quality items. I was, however, overwhelmingly pleased with Sarah C (No. 126621). She made the experience so easy. I had gone online to purchase the items and had gotten to the checkout process. I got distracted. I decided to go to the store and am so glad I did. She explained the product and made some great suggestions. She is a great example of customer service. I am truly glad she was the one that assisted me. Because of her service, especially on a busy, day-before-Mother's-Day Saturday, I will definitely return to the Galleria Pandora.

Natasha was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items I wanted. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson. All the employees there that day were nice and pleasant and answered all my questions while I waiting for my bracelet to be cleaned. They all seemed to enjoy their job and not just collecting a check.
