I was just excited to start filling up my new bracelet, and the sales associate was awesome, even showed me charms that was on sale.

It was quick and easy

The customer service was excellent. They knew all the merchandise very well and also the difference between the product materials.

The girl that assited me was very nice and patient. I didn't have to wait a lot of time..And I found everything I was looking for..

The quality of the products is very good and the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Stephania R. was extremely helpful. The stops on my bracelet were sliding. Although she could not replace the bracelet, she was helpful in suggesting jewelry fix-it place in the mall. As I just moved to Dallas, I asked for directions. When Stephania asked her boss for directions, the boss was abrupt to both Stephania and me. Stephania stayed calm and pleasant during the time and made me feel that she had my interests at heart. Her boss did not. Again, she was rude and short with us. Later Stephania ended up selling me a replacement bracelet and patiently beaded the new bracelet from the old, even tho the store was busy. Stephania made me feel like I was the most important customer in the store. Not so much her boss.

My sales associate was Natasha. Natasha was very knowledgeable about the product and offered suggestions to help me make my decision with the items I purchased. Natasha was very friendly, patient and overall made my first PANDORA purchase one to remember. I will recommend my friends to visit the Galleria store and request Natasha for assistance to have the experience I had. Natasha made spending money worth while something you do not always get from associates in stores. Thank you PANDORA for putting the right people in place. Thank you!! Thank you!!
