Natasha was very helpful on the phone and in person and saved me time from driving all over looking for the charms I wanted this tine around. I tried ordering online and had a VERY DIFFICULT TIME! UGH Thanks Natasha for all you help, yet again. :-)

The store was beautiful, all the merchandise was displayed nicely. My sales rep was awesome to help assist me navigate all the options. She helped me find the state specific charms I was looking for, and helped me to style my bracelet

I really like your brand, I would suggest to make more rose gold charm please!! I like the associate that helped me but there’s one lady in that store that is not very friendly, I will ask for her name next time I come
