Even though there was a line to enter and purchase, I still am satisfied with the service all around. The store was clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Finally , the merchandise was well stocked.

The sales associate AMY was a delight to work with. She answered all the questions we had about past and present charms and even took the time to rearrange my bracelet which i had put together incorrectly lol. If I lived in Dallas I would DEFINATELY use this store as my pandora of choice. Thank you Amy for excellent service!!!!
