She wasn’t your typical sales person just trying to get you spend all of your money. She was very genuine and knowledgeable and gave me all my options that fitted what I was looking for.. My visits to the store are always welcoming even after requesting a specific sales associate!

Anna, my Sales Associate is friendly,positive and certainly knows the merchandise. This is my 2nd experience at this location within a couple of weeks. After having a a "complete" , excited and happy feeling when leaving the store I wanted to return. Anna remembered me even when I called before going to the store . How fortunate Pandora is to have her as an employee.

The sales associate was great. She even offered to put my new charm on. I have never been offered that before. She was knowledgeable and spent time chatting with me about our trip to Dallas.

When I first got to the store they greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. At first I wasn’t too sure if I was going to be purchasing anything so I politely declined. After a few minutes of searching in the ring section, I found two rings that I just fell in love with. That same lady that greeted me again offered her help and this time I took it! I ended up buying both of the rings, and she was very helpful!

I recently had pandora rings stolen and the sales associate was very sympathetic and helpful in helping me replace them
