The store was very clean. The sales associate was very nice. Some of the new Disney merchandise wasn’t out yet and they went in the back and got it out for me. They were very sweet!

We shopped at the Pandora store in the Dallas Galeria Mall. We were greeted right away, and I was able to browse the store with ease. I have larger fingers, so I have to only shop for rings in the extended sizes. I was really surprised with the selection of rings in my size, even though that is not what I came in for. What I did come in for was the Harry Potter castle charm. The associate knew exactly where the charm was located, and I love all the intricate details of the charm. Overall, the experience was really great.

I was Highly Satisfied because I as I entered the store I could easily find what I was looking for. Also, I had the employee's helping whenever I was in need of any assistance and even informed me with any questions and details I had on the item I purchased.

As you walk in they have a friendly greeting and ask if needed help. The associate helped me choose a gift and helped me narrow down my liking very helpful there is many beautiful items to choose from
