We had an issue with one of the charms added to the bracelet we bought back in November 2019. Brought the bracelet/charms in, the staff reviewed and a full exchange was given to us - no questions. Salesperson who assisted us (Shelby) was great! Also, store manager was present and was very professional in the experience. Very happy!!

The sales rep was super friendly and helpful, and the manager who greeted us was very knowledgeable. The whole experience was pleasant and the new bracelet I purchased should meet my wife’s needs perfectly.

The person that was with me during my shop experience was really nice and knew everything that I asked. The store was clean and they followed COVID’s measures for us to be safe. I didn’t find everything that I wanted but they were really nice about finding other options. I love Pandora!
