I was able to come Into the store and make an Exchange on 2 charms that I purchased online which were the wrong size. I came in and everything was smooth and easy. I was in and out

My first purchasing experience was not good at all. The Dallas North Park location was a horrible experience but I didn't let that discourage me from getting a bracelet. So, I went to Dallas Galleria, they were so nice there and they exchanged the bracelet that was obviously too big for me.

Kadejah was very professional and friendly. This was my first visit at this particular pandora. She definitely was very knowledgeable of the products and services.

Great service

The associate kadejah was beyond helpful!! We didn’t see the size we needed and she walked all over the store looking for it. She easily could have just said we had to order online but she was instead very sweet. The general manager would not let me use my associate discount however which was frustrating as I also work at a franchise store and we have always done that for another associate.
