My experience at your Dallas Galleria location was excellent. Rachell our sales associate was extremely helpful with me picking my bracelet, the size. She was the sweetest. I will definitely be purchasing other items soon.

Rachell B was my sales agent. She was very curious, friendly and extremely eager to assist. I did not feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. She went right to the items in the store, I showed her from items I picked from online and stored in my phone. She was very helpful and she made my shopping experience great. I will definitely shop there again.

I was Highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because i purchased the TX state charm while visiting. This charm has been sold out online for as along as I’ve looked for it. It being in stock in store was very relieving.
