The associate was very friendly. She offered items not being displayed that went with my options. Very satisfied on her help.

My sales associate was very helpful with my selection and knowledgeable. She was able to answer my questions as this was my first visit, I did have to return the bracelet in exchange for a larger one. She was courteous and exchanged the bracelet easily.

Rachel took good care of me and my wife. Her superb customer service made the process a good experience.

The lady helping us was so wonderful I wanted a thumb ring and I had no idea on what to get and she brought out selections for me until she found something I loved, then to top it off you guys had a Disney collection for Dalmatians and guess what? I LOVE DALMATIANS I own two my self so I got to make a charm bracelet dedicated for my dogs and the nice lady was kind enough to tell me to buy other stuff so my charms wouldn’t dangle all around I just loved the experience

The thing that I love about this pandora was that they messed up but fixed the problem right away and I've gone to another Pandora and it was bad.
