Every time I go into Pandora I never leave out without getting anything. I love how they always find some that fits me. They also always have great customer service.

The person helping me was extremely nice and patient. I was making a purchase for my son's girlfriend and my daughter. She showed us all of options and offered to make special order if what we wanted was not in the store. She made us feel very special. We live 5 hours away and worth the drive to the store. Thank you!

I was highly satisfiedbecause of the staffs friendliness. Nimsi was the employee that helped me and she was really fast. She helped me decide which charm to buy for my sister.

The workers were very friendly, they helped with everything I needed I had to exchange a bracelet for a different size, and she was very patience and knowledgeable about what I needed.

The staff was sooo sweet and the young lady that assisted us, Jasmine was so helpful! She even assisted with the After Pay app when we were having some user errors:) We were just bummed they didn’t have the cassette and little girl with the pigtails charms. My niece lost her bracelet and we wanted to make her whole. But Jasmine and the other associates helped find alternatives. We are very grateful and even bought a few more things :)

The kind lady that helped us was very knowledgeable, I had already taken screenshots regarding what I wanted to purchase. She knew exactly where the items were and what I was looking for! Very happy I found them in time for Christmas.
