I purchased the merch on Friday the next day I notice 2 of the sets had came out I took the ring back to the store on Monday to see if I could get another one just an even exchange the sale person told me she didn't have another one so, I asked if I could get another one for the same price she says no You'll have to go the North Park to exchange it which was going way out of my way to get there then she told me in a nice nasty way the sales was final I should have read the receipt I was very upset when I left the store I will never shop at that store in the Gallerial Mall again. I also bought 3 rings from the store inside of Macy's the Ladies in there was very polite I only went to that store because they didn't have my ring size

The shift leader in store was very helpful her name was Nimsi, she helped me put together a new bracelet that I love.

The sales associates, specially Essie, did a phenomenal job helping us get the right size carefree and provide such a fun experience picking out the charms.
