The sales associate who helped me was excellent!

I went to the Pandora in the Staten Island Mall and the rep that assisted me, Diamond, was terrific! She made great recommendations based on what I told her I was looking for and I was able to purchase the most perfect gift for my daughter and even purchased a beautiful set for myself!

Juan was so very nice and accommodating to my needs. he provided recommendations and alternatives to products I was looking for. Very in love with my purchase, thank you juan!

i went in the store looking for a charm for my 11yr. old granddaughter for Christmas and the associate showed me exactly what i was looking for. i forgot my Pandora CC home and they were able to look it up so i could use it with no problem. they are very friendly and always there to make you satisfied with your selection
