Your Staten Island Mall store Manager, Casey H. No. 200928, was so sweet, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & simply wonderful to me. Casey assembled 2 charm bracelets for me & was very patient with me, her 71 year old customer. She herself selected many charms, rings, & bracelets for me, while keeping up the rose gold theme. I purposely seek out Casey when I come to the Pandora store. She represents the best & finest public relations representative that your fine company has.
