It was the first time I went into the store since I just received the bracelet as a gift and I wanted to add on. The representative was very helpful in explaining things how they work and everything

I love shopping at Pandora. Diamond J was especially wonderful this visit. I was shopping for myself and she helped me pick out a beautiful stacking ring set and matching earrings. I did not feel pressure to make a purchase and even asked to see items from the new diamond collection. Diamond J truly made this visit so pleasant and I left feeling so happy and excited with my purchase! Thank you for taking the time to help me and being so wonderful!

This is my favorite store in any mall. Your sales reps unles they are training are very kind and know the merchandise. I have never had a issue in any store once they see my arm.

My bracelet was damaged on vacation due to the elements. I went in to see if it could be fixed and was told it couldn’t be fixed but could be replaced. A new bracelet was ordered and I was called to pick it up within a couple of days. Fast efficient and friendly service.

Hi my sales associate Ms Nicole was superb!!!!! This was my second visit and the Bracelet is a first for me !!!! The manager was great also. Ms Nicole was very patient and she is very Kind:) I am very thankful and grateful I have met such a beautiful staff. I wish when you go into other Retail stores, the staff was as friendly.
