I went into the store because the bracelet that I received for my birthday in August 2019 kept opening and I almost lost it in a theater. I was told that there was only a one year warranty. However, since I got it in August that date has not yet arrived. I picked out chain extender for the bracelet. Everyone was very nice in there. However, the manager had said that she would look at it and she was very busy and never did. After I purchased the extender I left.

I have spent over 600 dollars on a bracelet and charms for my wife the staff at the store were very good and professional the bracelet I bought kept on falling off my wife for no reason so I brought it back to the store the rep was very professional although I dont understand I have a 1 year warranty on this product and I returned it due to a bad lock how ....now did I go from a 1 year to a 90 day warranty the bracelet is not even 2 months old I'm sorry but I spent a lot of money for this product I cant imagine pandora takes a one year warranty away in less the 2 months

I felt the sales associate wasn’t very friendly. She spoke very fast when explaining how to care for the product.

I'm aware that my visit was just after Christmas, but all the things that I wanted seemed to be sold out. None of the rings are large enough and those that did come in 10 or 10 1/2 were gone already. The earrings as well. Everything was pretty much sold out. I heard that alot during this visit. Sorry...we're out of it at the moment.

I personally love pandora jewelry.I had a bracelet but it fell off and today I got a new one,it’s a Christmas gift.I’m so happy I got this,I loved the worker.She was very pretty

The sales associate wasn't very knowledgeable about the sales promotion or the items for that fact. She didn't know the location of the merchandise requested and took a very long time to locate items. The transaction took longer than anticipated because of lack of knowledge and accessibility of cash registers.

Waits extremely long to be seen and again to pay. Staff unsure of how to locate charms I wanted and I had to go online to show her.
