Despite Covid precautions in place the employees were inviting and pleasant to customers.

The salesperson had knowledge about the Pandora items such as the charms, rings, earrings, etc. I was also pleased with the amount of charms that were offered throughout the store.

Rachael was lovely! Super nice and very informative about products! Will definitely be making another stop in the St. Matthews store!

I told her I need a island charm, 2 rings, and a16 year birthday gift, she put quick thought in it and set me up with the charm process with no hesitation

I was assisted immediately. I knew what I wanted before I visited but Aliyah was still very helpful in helping me to select my items and explaining about other items that would go well with bracelet. Aliyah was a sweetheart. Will visit again soon!
