I was very disappointed with the sales associate (Micah) located in Mall of St. Matthew in Louisville,KY. My mom and I purchased 2 pandora bracelets on Aug 3rd estimated around $400. The sales associate explained to my mom and I after we had already purchased the bracelets that the possibility of the bracelets tarnishing was very highly possible , I had concerns of this happening so we decided to return on Aug 4th to return the bracelets with the receipt and still in the boxes they came in and we were told that she we could not return them that our only option was an exchange or store credit. My mom and I declined nicely and said that we just wanted our money back, the store manager proceeded to tell us that we needed to leave or we would be escorted out by mall security. The store manager was very rude and did not have very good customer service skills.

The sales person did not know anything about charms, safety chains or what was on sale. He had to have help from several other sales people and they inturn helped me and answered my questions while he was standing there. Very poor service. When he rang up my sale, he rang it up wrong not giving me the after Christmas discount. I had to return to the store and bring his error to another sales woman’s attention. It was then he was told to fix the error. I was given a polishing cloth for my troubles ( really?!?) instead of the max Christmas discount due to his error.

Return process for my money very difficult. Apparently franchises don’t have to refund origibalnmethod of payment and concept stores give you a very hard time to refund money even if merchandise has been with the customer for only 12 hours or less. Other jewelry stores refund the full amount of original payment method and not so many struggles. Don’t love it? Return hassle free is their motto. Will try to avoid buying from Pandora again. Customer service over the phone is pretty much null. “If is a franchise they get to decide if to return money or not”. I’ll avoid stores like this in the future. I didn’t want to believe the reviews left online however ALL were accurate.

The sales associate didn’t want to wait on us, and this is the second time we have been to the store and there is items on display, but out of stock! The associate was not willing to help us at all!

I came there to buy two charms as gifts that were listed at $50 each. I have a photo showing that they were $50 in the case. They ran up at $60 each and the staff didn’t acknowledge when I asked for them to be $50 since that was false advertising. The service was rude and I’m extremely dissatisfied that Pandora false advertised it’s prices.

They weren’t friendly treated me rude. Told me they didn’t have online items (a ring) I was interested in, she said that they’re prices weren’t the same in store and online, but found a necklace I was interested in that was ONLINE, RIGHT AWAY at the same price that it was online, and told me I couldn’t use my husbands card.

Inadequate return policy. Received item as a gift. Could not return item even though had the actual receipt. Your policy said I must have original form of payment(card) of original purchaser which is impossible as it was a gift, your policy states refund would be made in form of check within 14 days but associate states they won’t send refund.

Went to purchase my first Pandora bracelet and was offered the card. Associate did not tell me that the card could not be used online and the new owners did not communicate with associates about system issues. It took two days to process my purchase after waiting over 2 hours in the store. I had to leave without my bracelet and when I came back to pick it up nothing was communicated to the manager on duty. This was a nightmare to say the least and I have already told several people to not bother with this store. There will be a mountain of problems during the holiday season if they don't get it together. The associates are not very presentable and really have limited knowledge of the merchandise they are selling. Seems like these owners are hiring anyone off the street, young teenagers who couldn't care less.
