Allowed customers to spend up to 1 1/2 hours to make purchase!!! 4 hours in line! 82 years old. Traveled 76 miles, 4 hours and did not have items!! Called in advance and male associate told they had several of the specific items that I called about!! WRONG!!!

The sales lady was not easily engaged. I shared with her I was looking for a gift for my 16 year old daughter and asked for suggestions she stated "I don't know." She could not explain the different items needed for the bracelet. She offered very few suggestions. She was very slow despite me telling her I needed to leave. She checked my ID prior to completing ringing me up and searching for my account in your system. When she did look for my account she couldn't find me. She wanted to start a new account and I told her that I would not like to do that. She then asked her manager who suggested she look me up by my name...which she was able to find me. She then had trouble accepting my payment. I informed her that I believe it is her machine...we tried numerous times before the payment finally went through. She was not very personable. I brought my daughter in the next day due to the bracelet being too small. The new sales associate was very nice actually showed us a different bracelet which was more money that I ended up purchasing. It would have been nice if the first sales agent

The return policy is ridiculous, I have received Pandora bracelet for gift,never put on my arm because is too big and I was trying to exchange for smaller but I was not able becose it was purchased couple months ago!!

I purchased a ring and the sales associate insisted I get the larger size after 1 day of wearing the ring I was about to loose the ring went back to the store 24 hours later to exchange the ring and they would not exchange. Very disappointed.

I purchased drawing style bracelet over a year ago. It has started to shred and become not safe to wear in fear of losing it. When I went to the store i was told it was a new style bracelet with improved support and they was aware of the flaws but it was not anything I could do but purchase another one. This is highly disappointing and the sales representative was very insensitive.

I had many issues returning my items yesterday that were purchased a little over a week ago still in new condition. All of the associates were rude and unprofessional including the manager. They did not obtain proper knowledge about the products. Three associates stood around gossiping and the manager seemed lost, her hands and nails were also dirty. I was not treated fairly and do not recommend this store at all!
