Only 3 customers in the store. A mom/daughter and myself. They had 2 sales person. I (key word)greet sales (Anastacia) rep,tell her exactly what I need and she walks away without saying a word!!! Another days rep named Kennedy came out to assit.when she asked could she help I told her I was already being helped. Thank you. Unbeknownst to me Anastasia was NEVER planning to come back to assist me. I was told that she got a call and could no longer assist me. Had I not inquired no one was going to verbalize she was just no longer going to be assisting me!!

The charm that I purchased was not in charm box. I ga e it away for a present on Christmas and my mom on her birthday which is on Christmas Day opened an emptied box. Sales associate forgot to put the charm in the box. I’ll be at the store on Sunday December 26

The “bonus bracelet” I was given when I purchased hundreds of dollars of charms was broken. When I brought the bracelet to the store, they did not have one to replace their own product and instead I was forced to purchase, with no discount, a different bracelet. Any store that does not take responsibility for their own products looses my business. Terrible customer service!

The line to enter the store was long which is was expected since it waa black friday but once i was beign helped i feel like the lady that was helping me had very little knowledge about the product. I had questions about earings backs and price matching but she was not paying attetion to the actual questions and just answering whatever. Only reason i went into the store was to see first hand the products shown online but it felt like it was a problem if i touched anything. Once i picked what i wanted the ipad to checkout was dying so had to wait for a different. Once she finds a different ipad 20 minutes later she asks if i visited the store before i give her my phone number and debit card. She asks for an id. Is this policy? Couldnt she had match my account name with name on card? This was a horrible experience considering not returning to this location. Not my first time at this location and is always a problem. The employees are not familiar with product.

I bought 2 bracelets.when I bought them they told me if anything happens to them just bring them and we will exchange it. Never say there was a time lap. The fist one pandora didn't exchange bc they said I put the bracelet in water. That is a stupid answer. The 2nd one because its been over a year. Now you tell me that it has3 warranty only for a year because you your jewelry is only good for that time laps. I will tell all my friends and post in facebook about your hiding policies that you don't tell me a customer purchases your product.

There were 3 people in the store shopping and 5 associates standing around not helping anybody. We waited about 20 minutes trying to get the attention of an associate to help us. When we finally got an associate she didn’t know the prices or sizes and just asked us to look on their online catalog. She also told us they didn’t sell rings in a size 6.5.

I felt as if the sales person didn’t want to be there. She was very frustrated. I ended up returning a product because she only showed me one size of bracelet that was too big. She pulled my arm through the plexiglass because she was having problems with opening the clasp. Overall really bad experience.

The manager was rude to me. I was trying to exchange a bracelet which was ill-fitting and the manager gave me a hard time. She treated me almost criminal. I am thinking about retaining an attorney because she definitely showed racial bias. I had my receipt and she still treated me poorly.

the clerk ask for my email i told her no because my wife would know what i bought her she said that would not happen well guess what idiot thats exactly what happened she was either aliar or untrained to the point that she could not help herself please delete my email i will never purchase from this store again
