I wanted to exchange item. I had it little over 30 day an manager said she couldn't. Every time I buy somethg there they never will exchange. Sometime u just can't get there within 30 days. All the little young managers are rude an not very helpful. Not happy with St Matthews store at all. I wld shop at another store if we had a closer one.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted right away. When finally greeted, asked the one sales associate who was not with a customer, if she could help us and her response was no. I’m the manager and can’t sell to customers. I was like wait, what? I was in Louisville on a vacation so I’m not from the area. I thought all of sales associates were not professional enough to be employed at Pandora. I’ve never been treated like that in any other Pandora store. I was looking for something Louisville, KY specific.

They were trying to push more items instead of listening to what I wanted. I have never experienced that at that location before. She seemed very annoyed by me not buying more. I asked if they weee having more specials since I missed one by one day; she reaponded with "no and I am not even sure we will get any before Christmas". Literally the next day I received a great offer so now I have to return what I bought to capitalize on what I received.

1 yr return policy on items that shld have longer replacement due to cost. I was told I should not wear my bracelet daily due to Wear and tear quote. Don't want jewelry I can't wear daily if that is what I choose. My daughter in law and grandchildren started my bracelet and add charms for gifts. I am going to tell them to stop purchasing.

I went to purchased two charms and the lady said aloud my card was declined. She scanned items in an iPad which I’m assuming used WiFi and the card did not go through. I told the associate to scan the items again and it went through. She never apologized for the embarrassing comment she made when she made the mistake. The store was not busy so I did not ask to speak with a manager.

Associates lacked a proper greeting when I entered the store. These associates also did not engage in conversation to actually sale merchandise. They were not interested in serving me and did not respect me as a customer. I am very disappointed with this behavior and engagement at Pandora.

The sales associate was extremely dry when I was trying to converse with her and the store us in a upper class mall area in my city was very shocked and will not be returning to that store and I'm undecided if I will purchase again bc I still haven't received my online order and it's been 2 weeks since I ordered. Highly surprised in zpsnfora thus is my 1st bracelet was excited when I got it for Christmas but unsure now how it's gonna be.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was not willing to help me with my issue when I have a credit card along with spend a lot of money in that store

The young lady Jane was very rude. I needed to get my charm repaired she acted as if I didn't have a reason to return a broken charm.. overall her attitude was very rude and unconcerned. I will not return to this store in st Matthew's mall. Ashley did finish my transaction but Madison the manager was there and didn't seem to care at all.

I purchased two items from Pandora. I was given one bag that contained one box. I asked the associate if both items were in the box. He assured me they were. I left the the store, but needed to verify that I had both items. When I checked the box it was empty. I returned to the store, and was told by the associate it was a mistake, however after visually seeing how the items would have been prepared, it was impossible for him not to have deliberately not given me my purchased items. This was a very bad experience, and for the second time I have left the store not having what I paid for.
