Porque me hicieron sacarme la tarjeta de crédito Pandora para obtener la promoción de gastar $400 y que me descuento de $160. Pero me habían dicho que podía pagar con mi tarjeta de visa que no tenía q usar la tarjeta de crédito de Pandora que eso solo necesitaba para la promoción pero al final me lo pusieron en la tarjeta de crédito y no me lo cobraron en la tarjeta visa débito con la que yo quería pagar. La que nos atendió que estaba de training ella fue muy amable y nos quiso ayudar a solucionar nuestro problema. Pero la que la estaba enseñando a ella no quiso hacer nada solo dijo que lo sentía mucho que ya no podía hacer nada! Lo que más me molesta esque yo antes de abrir la tarjeta de Pandora se lo pregunte 3 veces a la dependienta que yo no quería ponerlo en la tarjeta de crédito q quería pagarlo con mi tarjeta Visa.

The associate did not give me a bag nor a box for my ring. She did not ask either, I had to ask for one before I left. We dropped a ring and were trying to find it. While looking for the ring we were asked "Get up. We will look for it later." it ended up in my friend's purse but the associates said they will find it later but they would not have found it if we were not looking for it because it ended up in her purse. My associate did not explain any type of warranties to me or if something would happen to the ring what I can do. I did not appreciate the lack of information that was presented to me. My associate did not smile and had a monotone voice when answering questions like she did not want to be there. I usually do not complain, but I love pandora and always get excited when purchasing something from this store but this experience did not make me excited about the purchase. Pretty disappointed.

Rachel seemed very nervous with me, there were 2 ppl watching over me. She didn't want to show the trays of charms. But others had no issues with being shown trays of charms with only on sales associate waiting a family of 6..

Associate was new but her trainer was very disengaged with me. I felt rushed and did not like being able to look at one charm at a time. If I had not known what I wanted would not have purchased. Also the charms replaced on MY bracelet were pleasing. Not a good experience. Makes you not to want Pandora. Lexington ky store is worse.

The associates told me I was not able to exchange a product that I had even though I brought in the receipts for the necessary exchange. They kept referring me to the pandora help center to see about the exchange but when I contacted them they said that I would have to go into the pandora store. It’s was not organized or helpful. I ended up buying a whole other bracelet to replace the one they would not let me return. It was only 6 days after the purchase and it had not been worn yet.

I don't think the clerk expected me to buy anything so she wasn't really friendly until I purchased the bracelet. I will return because that's not how I was treated in past visits and I don't have another location to shop at.

there was no one shopping in this location and 3 workers. I was no greeted nor asked if i need help even though I had my exchange bag in my hand. Finally when i was asked they couldn’t decide if I was allowed to exchange the gift even though it was purchased in November and given as a gift in December. Finally they said it was okay. During the whole process they were not very friendly.

The whole waiting in line until you get a text and then standing in line after you receive your text is crazy. I knew what I wanted before I got there and feel like there needs to be an express lane for people that show up prepared. Maybe a checklist to give cashier so they can pull product and we pay and go

I had to wait over an hour, granted this is holiday season but it seemed as if there was preferential treatment aside from the VIP Members. Associates were also having multiple conversations, laughing very loud and almost being unprofessional considering the volume of people.
