There was a link online to schedule an appointment with the store. I did so and then when I arrived for my appointment I was told “oh yeah, we don’t use that but I can put you in line now.” I was then told I was #4 in line when in reality I was #7 because there were 3 people in the physical line and then I was #4 in the virtual line. I attempted to order the item I wanted online but it did not allow me to choose it to pick up in store although it was showing it was in stock. So I ended up waiting in line for an hour to be in the store a total of 3 whole minutes because I knew exactly what I was buying.

With the amount of money spent in store could not get a cleaning kit on the house. If someone spends over $300 the kit should be free.

The sales associate didn’t offer me other choices of bracelets she was just going to give me what she wanted me to have until I asked about other styles! Also she tried to sale me a bracelet that the clasp wouldn’t close! Every charm I asked about was sold out!

Went in with a gift card to use. Sales Associate who 'assisted' me was pretty useless. I knew more about Pandora than she did. I had a bracelet that had broken I wanted to ask about warranty and she told me it was not covered and to 'put some super glue on it and stick the end back in'. Really?? Superglue on my bracelet!! I was looking for the large pink jewelry box that I had seen in a Pandora store in Tenn. THey had a small one - they told me I could order it on-line. Guess what??? It is NOT on-line. I checked after I got home - no jewelry box. I ended up buying a necklace - and noticed that she put back the one I had tried on and took another one out ?? I think she gave me the display. After I spent $159 - minus my $10 gift from a previous opinion and my gift card - she then asked 'do you NEED a box? Well- yes, it cost $159. Kept waiting for her to bag it - and she just stood there, and finally said ' oh, do you really need a bag? ' YES, I just spent $159 dollar in here! I will most likely NEVER go back to this store. They were not busy, and they were NOT friendly. Wish I would have walked out and kept my gift card for later.

I wanted patiently for assistance and watched two employees talking to each other, and another working with stock. When I finally got her attention, she made it obvious she was not interested in my purchase. I bought one charm that I wanted, nothing else shown nothing. Paid and left. I love Pandora, but this store is missing customer service.

Latearia was in training and did a fantastic job. The supervisor was very condescending toward Latearia in identifying the charm I wanted and also in the check out process. The supervisor was also rude to me. I very much admired how Latearia kept her focus on me. She is a great member of the Pandora family.

The last night of a promotion and only 3 Sales Associates were scheduled for this Mall location which was very busy. The wait was up to 10 people when I was there and do not understand why the staffing was so light. Waiting 40 minutes to be assisted is ridiculous.

When purchasing Pandora, I usually go to a jewelry store near my house and not the actual Pandora location. However, I happened to be in the mall, so going to this location was more convenient. The employees were very friendly and talkative, however I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I asked to only see one charm, but the girl working with me pulled out three charms and strung them on a bracelet together and tried to sell me all three. I understand how this may have been helpful to some, but I was only in the market for one charm that day so I did not want to purchase two more, because it would have increased my total greatly. It was in awkward situation in which I felt uncomfortable saying no to the charms, even though I had to because I couldn't afford all three. Once we were checking out with just the one charm, she continued to push a cleaning kit to me which seemed rather unnecessary, as I have never had issues with my bracelet looking dirty or needing to take better care of it. It was also irritating that she told me the product would no longer be sold--clearly meaning they probably weren't very successful and there is likely no reason for me to have one.
