When sales lady was free to wait on me she looked at me and started putting things away, a the asked if she could help. After finding out all I wanted was a gift card, she asked someone else to wait on me (she had just sold a gift card to someone else, wrapped it up, put it in a bag and added tissue paper, making it look nice and pretty like a gift you would give to your Mother). Noah, the sales person that waited on me, sold me my gift card and attempted to hand it to me. I had to ask if there was a holder to put it in, and then asked if I could have a bag to put it in. I feel I should have received thee same service that the sales lady gave to the young lady customer before me, and I wasn't.

The sales lady was not nice at all. She was irritated that my daughter even wanted to try on rings. I will not return.

There was 4 workers in store but only 2 customers and we were left waiting at the door for 20 min. I had a piece of pandora on hold so just needed to go in to pay for my purchase but I was in the store for a long time. My purchase is for my 3rd bracelet so I'm well aware of the warranty and care of my purchase, but the sales clerk kept trying to upsell me saying that I needed to purchase the clips at the time of purchasing my charm bracelet or it would not have a warranty even after I told her this was my 3rd bracelet and I had clips and charms at home, and there is nothing in the care and warranty pamphlet stating that fact.

The sales associate never asked, can I help you. She just stood there until I asked her if she could help me. She was not friendly at all.

As much money as we spend for our Pandora charms and bracelets. When I received a charm for Christmas gift and try to exchange it they said that I couldn’t because this one was in clearance and it’s not available for exchange. That is ridiculous when I have spent thousands around the world for charms from Pandora. And I already had this charm to begin with.

I went to exchange a bracelet because I did not like it when I received it in the mail. The manager was very rude and didn’t want to let me get an exchange , she claimed it wasn’t from the store when I had ordered it with a Pandora associate. I had to show her the physical receipt and the one on my phone. On top of all of this, she still didn’t want to give me a full refund because she said there was a recent deal that would give a free bracket if I had bought it during that month. But I had bought it before the deal so she was very rude for no reason .

Due to covid, an associate has to come get you and bring you into the store. The sign that says this is TINY. So, I browsed around for 5 minutes wondering why no one was trying to help me. After seeing others in a line by the door (there was not a line when I came in) I figured it out. Not one associate tried to help me or have me get into the line. By the time I figured it out there were about 6 in line in front of me. They need to #1 have a way bigger sign at the door #2 make time to help someone who looks like they may need it.

The sales representative did not know where the merchandise was. She had a hard time finding items because of the small store. I was in the store for over 30 minutes before I left out the store due to get not knowing how to find the items. She needed help but the store was busy, she just looked like she was new to the store and wasn’t ready to be a sales agent.

I received a gift. It was the wrong size. I went to exchange it. Not asking for money back just want the right size. NOPE, I was told that it was now a final sale item. I have been shopping with Pandora for many years and I feel the level of customer service continues to go downhill. Due to the inventory being so low and the level of actually being able to look at other items I took a merchandise credit. I took this so I could order from home. Well, that was wrong! Can only redeem in store. The sale associated ask the Manager and I was still told wrong. Just so disappointed.
