Sales associate didn’t speak hardly at all, never made eye contact or smiled. Kinda shoved the iPad toward me for me to enter my information. Usually we drive 75 miles to go to the Lexington Fayette Mall store but didn’t have time on this day. I will NEVER return to the Mall St Matthews location. I have shopped here before and encountered the same experience. The Lexington store is amazing. The manager is outstanding and has trained her associates to treat the customers like they appreciate them.

The customer service was awful. The first I experienced that type of service in this particular store. I was the only black person shopping in the store at the time and I was the next customer to be waited on and she tried to assist everyone but me and after standing in the store observing, I was the only customer that purchased something over the 3 people who she offered to assist ahead of me. I didn’t make a big deal of it in the store but it definitely changed the way I thought of the customer service at the St Matthews mall location. If the sales at that location dropped recently, now you know why. The Hispanic ladies working there are RUDE.

Employee’s Body language, making comments to about 4 different employees about my request, store laughing with employee about situation and not providing the item requested. The customer service lacks quality, and professionalism.

Well I wasn't informed about a promotion that was going on for spending 150 , my total was 122 da I would have spent the extra $ to get the free gift but she never mentioned it . They didn't have charm I went in for ( which they never do so then I have to pay shipping to get it or spend 75) she was clueless re:prices do u need more

The free bangle with $150 purchase had stopped even though ads are still on electronic media. There were bangle bracelets to be bought, though. Not sure why promotion was not still being honored. Do to size of store & staff, only a few clients were allowed in at a time. Didn’t feel as there was time to browse.

The sales associate didnt mention the promotion nor my Free gift after my purchase of $212.00. I had to hear it from my Christian Friend. I purchased on 4/4/2022 very disappointing I’m calling store mgr Noah asap :d

She asked if we wanted 10% off and didn’t explain anything. I started filling out the questions she was asking and they were a little too personal for me so I asked why did she need all of that and she basically told me she was signing me up for a store credit card without my permission.

The sales associate was not professional. She was more concerned with securing the jewelry than with meeting the needs of two long term customers. The associate left abruptly and then the manager appeared to tell us she was going to complete our transactions because the associate “hot lightheaded “ and had to sit down. The manager was not friendly and only concerned with completing our purchases. My daughter and I have both been customers at this store for many years. This was our worst experience. I would have purchased more if the service was better. I was totally disappointed.

I ordered online and was told to return in store. When we got to store, they told us to return online.

I was not able to look at anything. I wad rushed out the store. They only let you look at what the wanted you to see.
