Sales associate was not as attentive as I have experienced in the past. Instead of checking on us, my daughter and I, while my daughter was looking for another charm, the SA went back to the huddle with the other SA to finish their conversation that they were having when we arrived. The SA was also disinterested in the whole sales process.

Your management was very rude and the sales associate told her that she needed her numbers and she walked away to talk to other associates so I had to wait. I was visiting from Michigan.

Not enough salespeople for the volume of buyers, the wait just to speak to someone was 2 hrs. And the lack of concern for customers was unprofessional.

The wait was excruciatingly long! It seems unreasonable to wait this long - especially if you know what you want. Is it unreasonable to have an option to pick out what you want and simply pick it up at the store?

I CAME IN TO PURCHASE 2 BEADS AND THE WAIT WAS TERRIBLE, BUT TO BE FAIR THERE WAS A PROMOTION GOING ON.

The salesperson who assisted my sister (Erika E No. 146338) seemed to "pounce" as soon as we entered the store. She did not allow us the opportunity to browse and pretty much only showed us items from the one case that wasn't occupied by another salesperson, so we really didn't see everything that was available. She was friendly, but the transaction felt like she needed to make a sale.

I took a broken piece back to the store and it couldn't be found in my purchases. That was the only store I had used. A $70 charm was disregarded as if I didn't buy it by the manager. The associate that helped me initially was very nice so I bought 3 more charms and a ring from her.

4 people in line outside of the store waiting to get called in one for one took a little under an hour to get in. Once you were in, you felt a since of rush and couldn’t really look around because the of the other people outside the store now waiting and the sales associates keeping looking back to see if the line were getting long. More people should be allowed in the store to shop the store to mingle so that when the associates are ready the CUSTOMER knows what they are want. Allow more people in the store, sign in, mingle, wait to be called, make purchase/return, and than leave. Todays process puts pressure on the customers! Not cool
