It was my first time purchasing and wanted to lean more about the bracelets and charms. The associate didn’t want to take time to talk to me about them. I felt rushed.

For a first time customer it will also be my last. Sales associate did not bother to explain anything, offer to help show me around, ask if I had an idea what I was looking for or who I was purchasing for.

Sales associates were not familiar with pricing, comments "I think", goofing off not paying attention to customers. Most irritating was taking requested item, what I call playing with it instead of placing it on showcase board or somewhere until ready to purchase. I wanted other items but the associates attention span was l not on me the customer but on what each other was saying and doing. Very immature staff at the St. Matthews location. Would you want an item that someone is twirling in their hands or others have touch. What makes them think I wanted the display item instead of a new still in its wrapper. It's a gift. I felt cheated of the experience of shopping in the store and disrespected whenever I'd ask a question. I don't if it was due to the lack of product knowledge or just plain laziness. Like I said, I was ready to spend more but the lack of enthusiasm from the associates was shameful and disappointing.

Yes, I called ahead and held a piece of jewelry to check on sizing. When I arrived at the store, all associates were busy helping other guests. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Not once did any of the 5 associates acknowledge I was there (it's easy to say "I'll be right with you") and 3 out of the 5 made eye contact with me and one even went on her break. Another guest entered the store approx 10-12 min after I had been waiting and the associate went directly to her and helped her, while I continued to wait. I waited in the store for close to 25 minutes before I was approached. Once the associate helped me, she was helpful and found the ring in my appropriate size and was able to assist. It should not take 25 minutes for an associate to address a customer.

I was there to get a gift for two different people I was not given any type of selection I feel like she didn’t wanna serve me or she was ready to go I was a little unsure on what to get so I would thought it would be the associates job to give a bit of a variety

There was a long line. I was made to be on a wait list and leave the line. When I got back, the associate let two women in front of me.

I received a bday coupon code via email and was not allowed to use with my in-store purchase. I drove and waited in line to buy at the retail store vs shop online.

Amy the sales associate was rude, answers was short. She snatched the cash out of my hand. She didn’t want to put the bracket on my daughter wrist. I spent a lot of money these last two visits to be treated poorly.
