There needs to be a number system that tells which customer is the next customer to be waited on. The sales associates have no idea which customer is next in line. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and super nice.

The sales clerk was not as knowledgeable about the charms as I felt she should have been. The other sales rep who helped us was dismissive.

We were greeted and helped quickly, and although the sales associate was friendly and helpful, the pressure to build the sale was intense. We ended up buying an extra item in order to get a free item that my daughter didn't actually want. We just got sucked into the pressure.

The sales associate was excellent in helping me choose everything I wanted for the Best Buy. She took her time and did not rush me. She cleaned my previous jewelry.

Había suficiente personal en la tienda pero se tardaron en atender. La persona que me atendió solo me mostró lo que le pedí y se mostró indiferente. La señora prefería masticar su goma de mascar que hablar!

The young girl helping us didn’t hardly speak or answer any questions we asked. When she did speak it was so low and hard to hear her. Most times she seemed to not even hear what we asked and said nothing. I went in to buy 3 rings and left with 1. It was supposed to be a special venture for my twins turning 16. One of my girls found the ring she wanted and it was too big on the gray we were looking at. Found it on a smaller size tray but it had a stone missing. My daughter said she wants that ring but there’s a stone missing. The sales girl just placed it back into the gray with the missing stone and told u we can check back in 2 weeks when they get new inventory. I expected she would’ve asked to order and ship to us since it was a defective ring already in the store. Plus we live over an hour away from this Pandora store or any other Pandora store and had made the trip just to make the special 16th birthday gift so the entire thing was disappointing.
