With me being a new customer..i really didnt feel that i was being made to feel special, purchasing such an expensive item. I think that it may have been helpful to have spent so much that something was free considering that it will take a lot of charms to fill up a bracklet. If a person spends more than $500 and ends up with 5 charms and a bracklet with clamps thats a lot to not even received a cleaning kit for free or something. But i know that you pay for quality. I also thought that it would be noticeable that this is pandora but there is nothing on the braclet it's self saying it is pandora just 2 of the charms on the back. I think i thought i would have gotten more for almost $600 for this type og bracelet and then leatn that i can't wear it all the time, or especially in water was concerning.

We were very rushed. The sales associate was nice but we weren’t able to really look. She asked if I was looking at anything specifically and I showed her a few pictures of what I had been looking at. She asked me what size and went and got one of the rings I showed her and let me try it on. When I was taking it off she said “oh no you can wear it out. Let’s get you checked out”. I like what I purchased but I never made the decision on it or looked at anything else because she starting checking us out.

I love Pandora. I have been looking for over a year for them to make a charm. I think they need one for a granddaughter/grandma. They have them for friends, sisters and daughters.

The store was very busy and crowded, so it was a long wait for assistance.

With less than 7 days before Christmas the store did not have enough associates to take care of customers. I waited 1 and 1/2 hour just to speak to someone. The store was full of customers so you could move around or look at the displays. Also, a better method for signing up for assistance is needed rather than the paper sign up sheet.

I first went into the store and purchased a single charm on this receipt. Sales associate talked more about the promotions and gift items available than my purchase. After I left, a friend asked if I would go back and purchase another charm for her, which I did. I was told it would be 10 or 15 minute wait; in fact, it was more than 25 minutes. all during the wait, the assistant manager, Kaitlyn, was walking around, just standing over other associates' shoulders, did not wait on anyone herself tho the store was quite busy with many waiting. that's ridiculous!! In busy times, it should be all hands on deck and she should be "working" as well!!!! She seemed quite aloof and would not make eye contact with me or any other customers.

There was a long wait to purchase a item even though there was 5 people working. Three associates were helping the same customer. I asked to see two champs, one on display and one that was not on display. The one that was on display looked better that the one I was shown to buy. I ended buying the one that was not on display. Even though this was considered a small purchase, I felt as though it was low priority to the sales person.
