they where good but the prices are extremely high for no reason and it’s easy to spend $200 on just 3 charms that shouldn’t be more than $100

would prefer more options when it comes to your promotions for instance if you have a promotion that offers a bracelet and charms but the customer prefers another bracelet that could possibly cost more you should be able to purchase that bracelet and still get the charms that were included in the promotion. I prefer bracelets that are easy and quick to put on without a lot of fuss and would have liked to purchase the bracelet with the slide feature and still receive the promotional charms.

well the staff in general was very helpful but the salesgirl who waited on me personally wasn't very friendly and I felt rushed . and the bracelet I got was too small and I told her but she said no and frankly I think she just didn't feel like fetching the right size cuz I had tried on about 3 different styles and it just about wore her out I guess she insisted it wasn't too small but I wore it home . another thing I really didn't want to do cuz I already had another one on completely full of charms . she didn't even put my charms I bought 2 in a box . it was near closing time and Im sure she was tired and she was helful enough.

I viewed on the website a few days before going to the Pandora store exactly what I wanted to purchase. Once I arrived at the store, I learned the Alluring Cushion Spacer had increased in price by $5 (which I purchased two). I was not happy with the sudden increase in price during your promotion.

The people was very nice

The sales associate was very helpful, she listen to what I was looking for and gave me ideas immediately.

This was my 2nd visit in one week. My 1st visit I waited 30 minutes and no services. So I left. My 2nd visit was much better.

The representative was unsure of deals and products and had to keep asking another employer.
