Did not have the ring in the store that I was looking for. Associate looked up in system and inventory showed 1 but it was not in store.

I was very satusfied with my experience to pandora.

only 3 salespeople working...had a long wait. limited selection. Store looked bare

Probably would have given a highly satisfied, but for the lack of sale items available. I understand it was late in the sale and the selection was limited. Still would have liked a better selection

I like the store

I love my pandora charms. This was the first time that I have ever been in the store and the sales person acted like I was a bother and she didn’t really want to help me. She acted annoyed. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I would like to see some charms about hunting,archery,and camping.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. I just probably won't be returning because I can't afford it.

The sales ladies did not pay any attention to us for several moments after walking in. Once they asked if we needed assistance I told them I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Then when I did need help none of them seemed very interrested. I looked online to see if there was another location to go to but there wasn’t.

Store visit was the day prior to Mother's Day so the wait for a Pandora assistant took 80 minutes. My partner and I knew what we wanted to purchase well ahead of this time and the actual sale took less than 10 minutes from bracelet sizing to being handed the receipt. I believe the store was way understaffed, however, the Pandora assistant was very nice and knowledgeable. My partner wanted a Pandora bracelet and charm very bad so the wait was worth it and I give the experience an above average rating.

I was definitely satisfied with the service, but it is always very busy at this location. I’m always satisfied with the products and service received but I dislike the wait time and I don’t always feel like the sales team is being used in the best way possible. Sometimes there are 2 people helping 1 person when they could each be helping someone instead of having people wait 30 minutes or longer for service. That’s my only complaint.
