Would like to see more product in the displays so you don’t have to have a sales associate pull the tray from behind the counter. Price is a little high.

Really wish you all had state flag pendants for the travelers, also was wishing to hit some kind of sale but none were currently going on.

The sales rep told me my items were not on sale but they were, then she told me they were out of the items I selected, but they weren't. If it wasn't for another sales rep I would never have received all the items I desired. If I had to rate the second sales rep, then she would receive all highly satisfied.

I shop at the St. Matthews Pandora location all the time. Usually the employees are nice and helpful, but on my most recent visit the sales associate who helped me seemed irritated and unfriendly.

For the holidays the store is obviously going to be extremely busy. I don’t mind having to wait in line out of the store for the next available sales associate. However, I did not like that the sales associate I had seemed to rush me to make a selection on my item so that I could be finished and she could move on to the next associate. I felt rushed and like I needed to make my decision right in that moment and not be able to see all available items before making my purchase.
