The associates we're very friendly and helpful. The associates we're very honest with what looks the prettiest together, and I love the brightness of the store.

I was looking for the lowest charm at that moment, that’s the only reason. I had to pay a lil more than expected.

I was not highly satisfied because of the wait. The line was put of the store. It was the day before mother’s day though, so I understand.

I couldn’t return a ring that was over a year old even though a diamond was missing. The wait was a little longer than I wanted To spend because I was On a time schedule. They were alittle pushy on selling me the bangle bracelet if I spend $125.00 which I dont Want one.

I did not get a choice of bracelets they just pulled out one and didn't show me the different ones

The sales clerk stated initially that she was busy putting product out and waiting on customers...she seemed a little annoyed, when I asked for assistance.

Had to wait 10 mins. for someone to help me.

Great experience, staff was very helpful and friendly.

While my associate was very knowledgeable and attentive, she could have used some assistance from others. My visit took longer than it could have. I was shopping for a gift and had my bracelet cleaned. We could have done that at the same time but instead I had to wait until she was finished cleaning my bracelet. My thoughts were you must pay your associates commission because everyone else was just standing around. I was given a catalog to look at but the personal experience is so much better. Which I received after the associate finished with my bracelet. My visit took over an hour and should have been less if time was used more efficiently.

There was an associate that was putting merchandise in baggies and taking up counter space that displayed available charms that I couldn’t see. She never offered to move all the stuff she had all on counter either. There was way too much discussion about upcoming Blake Shelton concert.
