The store was highly crowded, but due to the holiday season, it was expected. Overall all sales representatives were able to assist customers in a timely manner.

I felt like there needed to be more associates working during the last few days before Christmas. I waited an hour before an associate was available.

They were out of the bracelet that was advertised as a free gift with $125 purchase. Since that was the case I didn't feel I should spend more money. I felt it was just a means of trying to get customers in the store. I love the jewelry at Pandora. But it may be awhile before I shop there again.

The entire selections were kept under counter and could not view them all at once to help make buying decision. I find this different from previous trips to store!

Popular Disney charms not available. No guarantee that they would get anymore. You can’t order it online nor will store ship to you if any comes in. Poor planning

The overall way the representative presented the charms to me. I felt it could have been different. The charms weren’t placed in an order, and other charms were on the display she was showing me.

The charms were "hidden" in cases and not visible to peruse. Sometimes I just want to make a purchase to treat myself, but was limited to what my "interests" are.

The sales associate we had was not as helpful as we would have liked. There we’re multiple girls working and she was the only one who went out of her way to help us. Although she did help us she seemed confused with how to help us find charms symbolizing love or engagement.

Overall I was satisfied with my visit to the store. Nora was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Walked away with a great anniversary gift and my wife loved it.

What I purchase was during the 25 off 100 and when I went in to exchange....she did a refund for the price that I paid after the discount.....I just wish that they would have done and exchange so that I could still take advantage of the 25 off. I feel that I lost the $25 with the exchange :(
