She was acting like we didn’t get the product from an actual Pandora merchant. We had the receipt but she kept having to check to see if the jewelry store was an actual Pandora merchant so frustrated

Overall satisfied with my two collections I’ve received as mainly gifts from my husband. But unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with apparently the quality of silver in my bracelet. not sleep nor do I shower while wearing my bracelet and it turn black in places. I’ve taken it in to the store and a salesperson cleaned it and it didn’t change the appearance what so ever. I own three bracelets full of charms and they are not defective in anyway. I find it a shame I’ll be using my complimentary $10 to replace my bracket.

The associate made a accidental error of overcharging me. the associate placed the charms on the bracelet upside down. And charms were not arranged as requested.

Had to wait to been helped when there were sales associates doing other things like stocking and paperwork.

Only issues I’d remotely complain about was the after Christmas sales. And that made the store so crowded. And there was limited merchandise in stock due to apparently great product and demand.
