Alot of clearance merchandise (why I went to sale) where gone and per associates "sent back to online" before sale. Inventory was poor due to every item from email mailer I asked about was sent back and a few they said were sold out before sale.

Salesperson was rude and snappy, my online order that I had placed the day before and someone from the store called me twice on 06/12/2020 to confirm my; but, when I got to the store my order was incorrect. The ring I had ordered the day before and was confirmed on June 12 wasn't available on June 13 š

I was highly satisfied with my visit. The service was great and they made sure to keep us all in a safe distance. It was a slight wait but it was worth it when I got my bracelet.

I ordered items online and it was my first time purchasing and I wasn't happy. Trying to get customer service for help never happened. Thanks to lovely manger at the store I did get my problem resolved
