I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. I was well taken care of and helped immediately.

Over charged for cleaning kit

My bracket broke after having and wearing it for 13 years . I only take it off to clean it . I went to buy a new bracket . I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the holiday gift deal .was told that’s only on Fridays . I’m a repeat shopper to this location . I ending up buy a new bracket and got a new charm as well .

The lady helping me seemed fairly new she left and went to the back while I was trying to select my bracelet however another associate jumped in and helped a great deal she helped select what I wanted very unprofessional to walk off in the middle of a $250 dollar sale

Not able to see the charms easily

Because I get I rose gold pandora long time ago and I remembered that lady told me that gold rose is in silver 925 andthisisnnot true and one of my Pandora bracelet look horrible because lost all the material and I just tried to exchanges or someone fix this and they said no and when I get this was expensive almost 300 dol

I think the sales associate was new and didn’t know the merchandise as well as in previous visits.

During my purchase I wanted to get some my some bracelets cleaned. I kept expressing that her bracelet still looked dirty and nothing was really done about it. I will just take it to a store where they will take more time and care more about cleaning my bracelets.

I was not approved for the Pandora card applies for. Other than that everything was great!!
