They could not find my merchandise and had to give me the display merchandise. I was not happy about.

The associate initially told me they were out of the item I was looking for, but had she looked in inventory, she would have found it. I spent all that time looking for a replacement.

Every time I go in the store located in St. Matthews mall, they're always out of the charms I want or like. I've been trying to get the leo zodiac charm for forever now & that's always sold out. It's frustrating.

Enjoyed my visit. Nora was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I will definitely be returning .

The wait was long. They only had 2 employee's working which made the wait long. I feel I should have been given the option to browse a catalog or displays while I wait to speed up the process some.

The saleswoman had to go through several books to find a price for the merchandise.

Bracelet broke on Christmas Day within 30 mins of wearing it.

The sales person did not put the charms in the box I got home and did not have my charms and I cant get anyone to answer the phone

Though my sales associate was helpful, I feel the selection of merchandise was limited in regards to what could be viewed.

The experience was great but the price was a bit high.
