The waiting process was overwhelming. We had to wait for over an hour. It was not terrible because took our name and number and we did some shopping at the other stores but when it was our turn to go in we had to stand in long line and there was one girl out side of the store taking care of everyone and I felt bad for her. She was really trying but you could tell she overwork. She was very nice but I would not want her job. Poor thing! Once inside the sales girl was amazing. She was doing a great job and the manager Noah was awesome. They both answered all my questions and we're very helpful. The sales was new but we would have not know it! She was wondering. Out side the wait time, I was very happy with my experience and I got a beautiful piece that I know my mother-in-law will love. I understand stand that we live in a different world so I was not to upset about the waiting process but I think you need to get the little girl some help

I had to wait in line over 30 minutes during the week I understand Mother’s Day is coming however should not had to wait this long

Had no problem with the associates or my exchange. The problem I had was wait time to get into the store. Stood in line for over 45 minutes for an exchange. Many people who wanted to enter did not or left due to the wait time. There were only four people in front of me in line and three people inside with associates.

My sales person named Presley I believe- she was lovely- however the manager named Kate was abysmal. Her customer service skills are non-existent. Because of her extremely rude behavior, I will not be returning.

The sales associate Madison was rude and unhappy the whole time during my visit. She was huffing and puffing and not very pleasant person to do business with. I just kept it civil and ordered my charms. Everyone else around her was nice and really interacting with the other customers. I wanted to ask for someone else to help me. I just left it alone and got out of there as fast as I could.

I think the prices are alittle steep. They need to have more of an item. Should provide more desls.

Myself and group of other people were standing in line for at least 20 minutes (we didn’t mind this at all). Into we noticed a girl walking in the store started talking to the one of the girls in the counter telling her something next thing we saw her coming out and getting another girl from the very end of the line. A few people left after that from standing in line.

The bracelet I wanted the store did not have and although stayed corporate sends product they did not know if the one I wanted would be shipped
