The Sales Associate bent the first pair of earrings and then tried to bend it back in place to have me purchase. I explained that she could just give me the display pair and damage out the first pair.

They did not have the charm I was looking for. However, Nora did recommend another type of charm.

The associate only showed me what I asked for. I had to ask was there anything else similar to what I’m purchasing? I felt like she could have given more suggestions and ask me if there’s anything else in the store your interested in. When she approached me she didn’t ask me what I was interested in. There was no introduction from the sales person.

There was only 1 associate wanting in another couple. A different person said I'll be right with you, but continued doing what she was doing. A third associate came from the back and finally waited on me. A fourth person came to wait on more people. I did not like waiting in a roped off area outside the store even though they had large circles spread out inside the store for distancing.
