Great customer service

I just feel like the person didn’t show me very many options for what I was interested in. Told me to look at book, instead of actual merchandise

I just wasn't highly satisfied but I did like my purchase though you know what they say Pandora it's a way of life

The sales assistant was great. The wait was longer than expected but Covid and Valentine’s Day was partially the problem. I’m extremely surprised that you would have to pay 25.00 for jewelry cleaner and an opener. Your might want to reconsider this and at least give jewelry cleaner like most jewelry stores

There weren't enough associates working. Waited in a short line 20 mn.

I had a broken charm that was only 2 years old. It would have been nice if it could have gotten fixed or if I received a credit ti purchase the charm again. But neither happened I had to repurchase at full price

2 types of bracelets I wanted to see, were not available in store. With o ly offering a 1 year warranty is not the greatest, and no add on warranty available. More then likely nothing will happen to jewelry in a year. It's year 3 to 5. Must not be good quality if only offering a year protection. This is concerning to me. Bc of this reason, and the heafty price tag, I WOULD NOT recommend Pandora to my friends or family. Tina 5022718367

It was a few days before Christmas. I originally placed my order online and realized that I wouldn't receive it by Christmas so I decided to go to the store to get the items in my cart. I choose to get 2 bulid a set bracelet's. The total came to 365 ish. When in store the total came up to 545 ish. The workers in the store were unable to assist me getting the website price. I ended up spending close to 200 dollars more.

Nothing that Pandora can control however the wait standing in line
