I wasn't highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because they did not offer the 21st celebration charm in gold. Not every one likes silver jewelry and there should be an alternative style for those types of charms in both silver and gold. More development in colored charms needs to be considered for birthstone charms as well. There is also nothing that speaks to African American Culture especially with Black Lives Matter and Juneteenth being prominent now. There should be MLK, Kwanzaa, Kinara, Black Flag, and HBCU Charms as well.

I been to this store a couple of times and they always tell me I can get my stuff cleaned at the store if I wanted it done. Well this time I took them up on it and asked the sale associate can they clean my pandora bracelet. Well they tell me that they don't do that and offered me some cleaner. I already have the cleaner for 1, for 2 don't offer me the service and then don't provide it. I would've been fi e with we don't offer that no more but the way they said it,it was like they were to lazy to do it. The store wasn't busy so they can't say they don't have time.

I always have a good experience there. They always have merchandise in stock. Always able to purchase the item I'm looking for.

My bracelet is still tarnished. It didn't get cleaned all they way.

I was just satisfied.

Only because it was Mother’s Day so the line was very long. The wait wasn’t bad at all, and we were only exchanging a bracelet that was too small. Once we got into the store there were no problems at all in and out!

The only complaint is being unable to browse through the store due to limited numbers of people allowed in

While im ecstatic that Marvel charms are available, I'm not pleased that Pandora has yet to feature charms or other options for Black History, Juneteenth or African Heritage.
