After waiting a long period in line outside the store, I then also had to wait for the sales associate to check me out. Only one I Pad was working in the store - 2 others were down or charging. Really? At Christmas time you have only one functioning way for a customer to pay? It took far too long to make a purchase - no wonder consumers are increasingly using online purchasing.

The charms purchased appear a bit tattered. One of the associates sneezed into her arm and didn't excuse herself to wash her hands before getting back to the handheld to assist in completing my pickup. She spoke without checking to make sure, that an item cancelled off my order was actually out of stock....it wasn't. Noah, who was absolutely fabulous by the way, did check and found it!

Presley had to ask the manager twice to retrieve items from the back. She let the manager know what we wanted was not on the floor. The mgr said hold on went to the back and came back out with nothing. She was not helping anyone else and appeared to be stocking supplies. After we waited a few more minutes she asked the mgr a 2nd time and she then went back to retrieve items that weren’t on the floor.

The Sales Associate talked VERY LOW. We could barely hear him. We told him my husband is partial deaf and he still DID NOT speak up. We got there early in the morning it was not busy. There was 3 sales people. We had to walk around all around the counter to get helped. When we stood at the counter finally got helped. Usually when we walked in we got immediate help
