Love pandora. The staff could have been nicer and more patient. But besides that I am always satisfied with the quality of the store

Thanks !!! The Sales Associates was basely eager to make the sale and let me go!! There was never a talk about upcoming items and or what is new. I spent well over $300 and there was not a talk of upcoming events. Sad because you don’t judge the person who walks in your store. Funny, you never know whose whose and I was that person who is among the best when comes to z Pandora buyer. Thank you customer service and your secret shopper.

I was Not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because every time I go shopping in store I always feel like I’m being racially profiled. Almost as if they don’t they I can afford what I want. Honestly it’s disrespectful and unnecessary because I wouldn’t have came in the store if I couldn’t afford it!

There were several associates standing around when I walked in. I normally liked to be greeted when I arrive and I have to flag someone down. I knew what I wanted and it was a struggle to get someone. The associate was kind and helpful. I was in a rush so that was not great. Price of charms has gone up, for nothing special.

I forgot to use my $10 coupons and your system does not keep record of it. The associate was nice but kept looking at her watch like she was in a rush to finish the transaction.
