My sales associate Sydney was excellent. She gave me ideas for which pieces would look complementary. She's new but she did a great job.

I went to the Louisville, Kentucky Pandora store at St. Matthews store. I cannot express enough how great the sales associate and the store manager (or maybe the assistant store manager was) this was on 12/7/2017 @ 7:00pm. One of the beads on my daughters ring fell off. I called the store three days prior to my visit to see what my options were. The associate that answer the phone stated that I actually have a one year warranty and for me to bring it in and they will determine if it was a manufactured issue or personal. I went in the store. At first, the Associate asked us where we purchased the ring and if we had a receipt. Unfortunately I didn’t have it. It was a gift that was given to my daughter on her 13th birthday. She said she would try to look it up on her iPad under the last name to see and hope that she could find it... she was having a hard time finding it, but the store manager immediately came over, talked to us, looked at the ring, and told the associate to go ahead and exchange the ring for us. I was so amazed with the store managers customer service/personality. She made the entire process so easy and so quick. They were all wonderful.

The sale associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry. The sale associate explain the red promotional item and what was needed to receive the free item. Even with the holiday Christmas weekend rus, my wait to speak with the sale associate was quick. Great job!!!!
