Sydney was my salesperson and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was eager to assist and the merchandise is very beautiful and high quality. There was no pressure and the time allowed for just browsing was very appreciated.

I had been looking for a certain bead and this store had it. My daughter needed to exchange s ring for a different size and although this store did not have the size in that particular ring, they had a very nice comparable ring we took instead.

On my last visit for an exchange, the associates demonstrated their extensive expertise of the available charms in stock. They had two great suggestions. One suggestion lead to an additional purchase at that time, as well as, information for my next special occasion purchase. They took the time to arrange my charms on the bracelet for a better appearance as well.

Great selection and price

The staff were very knowledgeable. When describing a special event in our lives the associate had several recommendations for charms.

I love Pandora! I get a pandora item for each other like my birthday, christmas, valentine’s day, anniversary, etc. It is always what I ask for! I will never stop being a pandora buyer!

The customer service agents were very friendly and able to handle a large number of shoppers. They wanted to ensure every person waiting was satisfied with their purchase before leaving the store. Additionally, they took the time to let people try different sizes to get the purchase right the first time. They were professional and knew the products well.

This was my second time there and the ladies who helped me knew what they were talking about and got me in and out of there in a good amount of time.

This was my first time ever in a Pandora Jewerly store, so i expected the store to be crowded because of the holidays. The store was crowded but the workers helped everyone out in a timely manor, and it was a great experience. With how nice and kind and friendly the workers were, it was great.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They made it a fun experience buying my first bracelet and charms.
